Rish is a highly skilled generalist with deep spikes in strategy, technology transformation, software development, AI, data, and business cases. He has deep experience in strategic decision-making at the intersection of business and technology.
Prior to leading MXA, Rish was a leader in McKinsey's Technology and New Venture practices. His project experience includes developing cloud strategies and information management strategies for federal government agencies, leading analysis and business case development for large-scale cloud modernisation programs in banking, developing technical data strategies for fast-growing professional services firms, and leading SOE strategy and implementation planning for regulators.
Rish holds a PhD in Mathematical Physics and a BSc with First Class Honours in Mathematics, both from the Australian National University.
